Srinath Sharma, one of the naughtiest student , asked him while they were running , "If everything is illusion , even this elephant is an illusion , why are you running from an illusion?" Adi Sankara ,the sharpest mind born in the last 2000 years replied ,"Who says I am running , my running is also an illusion" . You need a dream gun to shoot a dream tiger, from a real gun you cannot shoot a dream tiger. All our fears, anxieties exist only in our mind . We are fearful of those things which do not exist. "The" U G Krishnamurti once said "Your wanting something that does not exist is the root of your problems." Aaah I know , UG did not like Shankara , ohh but he did not like anyone. Think about the things which bother you the most, you'll find that the most of them are some possible future events ,and almost all of them will never ever happen in real. I asked him while giggling continuously "Sir, How to remain composed when you are super hashtag#successful ?" He Confusedly asked " But how would I know, I am not successful"? I was like.. Really?? Who is successful then ? This quest of success makes millions of lives miserable. Ironically the concept itself is flawed.Simple probability will tell you that 99% of individuals won't achieve what they mean by Success. And mind you different people have absolutely different meaning of success. Rajyoga (15-OCT-2018)

Have you heard of this term in the reference with your #Kundali?

My father was a phenomenal reader of #Kundali, once this poorest of the poor guy came to him and my father told him that his Kundali was showing a Rajyoga , which was 2 years from that date. Later ,one Industrialist came to him with his son , his son had a Rajyoga as well. 

I,as a super curious kid , asked him "Dad , both have this Rajyoga, are both of them going to become Rajas."

My father laughed and replied "Beta ,for a beggar, Rajyoga may mean , days of double income from begging activities. And for a Industrialist it may mean couple of more companies or double Turnover. For a politician it may actually mean becoming Prime minster, Rajyoga simply means a good times, and this Good times may mean completely different for different people".

As a kid, I used to dream of earning 10,000 rupees Per month, I would imagine so many great things of that money. That dream sequence of spending 10,000 Rs. was a super Rajyoga for me. I know people who are not sure if they will get breakfast tomorrow morning or not. Rajyoga for them is 3 times food a day.

I was with the company for 4 years & had a Corporate Salary bank account with one of the biggest Private Bank. Salaries were late due to some financial problems of the company. In this scenario,I wanted an urgent loan of 3 Lakhs. I contacted Bank for the same , they humbly denied after asking me 1000s of documents and telling me that Salary not in time is an issue. I somehow managed that period. At the very same time we hired an expat, obviously on a huge salary package. He absconded from India in a month. One day the same bank representative came to me and asked about that guy. Bank had given him a Credit Card limit of 8-9 Lakhs per month, this guy exhausted that monthly limit by shopping in Bangkok and was not reachable anymore. Bank guy asked me to help him with some contact details , some alternate number of that expat. "Did you ask him or us for any document while issuing Credit card to him?" I asked him before giving the information. This phenomena is called " Garibon ko tadpaao" Financial institutions are so flexible when they deal with Big guys,(Niravs, Mallyas),where millions are on stake & "follow the process" when a poor wants some money to survive, wish to complete small dreams. भगवान मुस्कुरा दिया। (29 SEP- 2018)

मेरा तीन साल का भतीजा अथर्व जब भी स्कूल से आता है, मैं उससे पूछता हूँ, बेटा स्कूल में क्या किया ? और वो जवाब देता है "चाचू मैंने स्कूल में लंच किया"! मैं मुस्कुरा देता हूँ। शायद उसे लगता है स्कूल में लंच करने ही जाते हैं। भगवान कल रात सपने में आया, मुझसे पूछा, "बेटा श्लोक तुझे दुनिया मे भेजा तूने क्या किया" ? मैंने कहा "भगवान पैसा कमाया, डिग्रीयां लीं, घर, गाड़ी, बैंक बैलेंस सब कुछ इखट्टा किया"! इस बार भगवान मुस्कुरा दिया।

दुनिया ही "Replace" हो गयी है (1 Sep 2018)

जब मैं छोटा था तो मैं "शर्मा जी" का लड़का था, मैं ही नही बगल वाले डॉक्टर अंकल , पंडित जी के लड़के थे। सीमा आंटी जो ब्यूटी पार्लर चलाती थी उनका नाम सीमा भी अभी कुछ साल पहले पता चला वरना वो हमेशा से बरेली वाले गुप्ता अंकल की बहू थीं। कहने का मतलब, हमारी पहचान हमारे माता- पिता से की जाती थी, भले ही उम्र कुछ भी हो जाये। अब मैं नोएडा के एक फ्लैट में रहने वाला एक HR हूँ। मेरे सामने वाले घर मे एक चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट रहता है। नीचे दूध लेने जाता हूँ तो Genpact वाले मार्केटिंग मैनेजर से रोज़ मुलाकात होती है। वो मेरा इकलौता दोस्त है आफिस के लोगों के अलावा। नाम उसका शायद दिनेश है या सुरेश अभी ढंग से याद नहीं आ रहा। अब ये हमारी पहचान है, हमारा "प्रोफेशन", इसके अलावा हम कुछ भी तो नहीं। हम बचपन मे गलती करते थे तो मोहल्ले का कोई भी चाचा, बुआ, ताऊ, दादा गाल पे चपत धर देता था, और मम्मी भी कहती थी " हाँ भाई साब सही किया आपने, बहुत बिगड़ रहा है" । आजकल खुद के बच्चों को हाथ लगाने की हिम्मत कहाँ हो पाती है जी। अब कौन जाने कौनसा दौर बेहतर है, पर हाँ लगता तो है की मानो समय न बदला हो, दुनिया ही "Replace" हो गयी है। Anupam S Shlok hashtag#Anupamism www.anupamism.blogspot.com

"Martyred soldiers were not forced to join Army" hashtag#OmPuri screamed on a TV debate in anger to defend Workrights of Pakistani Artist in India. He meant , Soldiers join the army only for money. Ain't both of the individuals mentioned 'great' for us? The "Halo effect" is when one trait of a person or thing is used to make an overall judgement of that person. Do you wonder why one special 'below average' guy gets above average increment every year? We want to fit each and every individual into a framework of "Good" or "Bad". Now the issue is neither one always good nor always bad. Still, We close our eyes for the bad of good guys and the good of bad guys. Is it necessary? Perhaps yes. When we make our icons, we by default make them free from all the faults. Especially, icons who are dead. We want to be like them, so hiding the bad part of personality is needed. Socialist soul to the Capitalist world (14- August 2018)

#Independence Day?

We live in a divided #society or rather a clearly divided #world. One side belongs to the people who are articulating #ArtificialIntelligence, #DarkMatter, #Quantum, #Singularity, #PostModernism, #GeoStrategy and on the other side we have people who just had dinner but they are not sure if they'll have Breakfast in the morning.

We are Proud of being the world's fastest Economy but 58 % of the population of #India is living on less than 200 Rupee per day. And 58% for us means 76 Crores.

This capitalist world has its own problems. It does not believe in giving Bread to Poor and Hungry rather it prefers spending funds to industrialize, use these hungry people as a tool of Production, which may lead to alleviation of Poverty someday. But this "someday" takes exploitation of generations and any unfortunate event delays the process.

May this Independence day give "socialist soul to the capitalist world". Independence should mean freedom from Hunger and Poverty.

They say we are made of 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Atoms, and every hashtag#Atom has its own bit of hashtag#consciousness. Atoms you are made of exist here for billions of years, you came in parts along with exploding stars, you are at least some million years old. If the hashtag#nucleus were the size of a peanut, the atom would be about the size of a baseball stadium. That means 99.9999999 % Atom is an empty space. Your friends, your office, your really big car, you yourself, and even everything in this incredible, vast universe - are almost entirely, 99.9999999% hashtag#empty space.
