You have Matured (2-July-2018)

When you Log in to #Linkedin only to seek some sensible posts,congrats you have matured. When your #Facebook account is only to store your old pics,congrats you have matured. When you prefer to watch a #News channel or a 40 year old unknown #movie once you reach home in the evening,congrats you have matured. When you start understanding the meaning of "Geo-political affairs" and "#Strategic narratives" of nations, congrats you have matured. When all of your new informal buys are, plain t-shirts and Blue jeans, congrats you have matured. When you know Ghulam Ali and Bade Ghulam Ali are two different singers, congrats you have matured. When you keep calm if market crashes and you realize that you have lost 10% of your investments in a single day, congrats you have matured. When you start identifying and disconnecting "Loan le lijiye na sir" calls without picking up the calls, congrats you have matured. When you vote for #Congress in #AssemblyPolls but #BJP in #LokSabha polls or vice-versa on the basis of merit of candidates, congrats you have matured. Moral entrepreneurship (10-July-2018)

I met this young ambitious CEO, ready to sacrifice anything.. anything means anything. His 24 hours of a day, All of his money, all of his Father's money, Father in law's money, Environment, Law, Morals everything. When you create #facebook, you are not supposed to sell the data of those people who trust you and use Facebook. Being ambitious is not a bad thing, but for your ambitions, you can't sacrifice others. Other means your investors, employees, friends, family plus all the others who are directly or indirectly connected to your ambitions, service or Product. These stakeholders are attached to you, finance you, or give you moral support in your lows but you don't have any right to break that trust. You have all the right to do whatever you want to do with what is directly yours but not what you have earned through building trust. When you are using the resources of others, i.e, Money, Time, emotional involvement etc. what it requires is extra cautiousness, one more thought before deciding on the utilization of those resources. This is about "Moral entrepreneurship", morality in #entrepreneurship. When someone trusts your ambitions, they deserve good returns, returns for trusting someone else's ambitions. Failures of Motivation books (17-July-2018)

That "motivation book" worked for 2 people but did not work for 2000. All 2002 people followed the same way of getting motivated and #SuccessFormula. But these 2 people would motivate 4004 more people to trust this as it works. "#Success is a probability", 10000 people, equally determined, equally Talented, but only one out of these 10000 would taste success. (If success means hell lot of money) "Nawazuddin Siddique" was just another struggler like 1000 others I knew. We both were from theatre and I would constantly ask him on fb chat "Kya chal raha hai dada" and he would always answer "bas chal raha hai yaar" untill he became "The Nawazudduin Siddique". Obviously, he stopped replying. I knew enough number of strugglers who wanted to be SRK, now Average looking guys want to be "Nawaz".. " Jab nawaz ban sakta hai to main kyo nahi" You don't choose success, Success chooses you. As a kid I thought, I was damn intelligent, creative, born to do something big. We all are content (18-July-2018)

Late Night,I was alone, walking towards home, when I met Shri #Krishna. He was smiling , waving hands. I touched his feet and asked for a #Selfie. This generation's brain is different. We see every situation,every individual as #content. Content for our #instagram story, #facebook wall, #twitter timeline, #Youtube Channel, #Linkedin feed. Go to any famous place, hill station, and you'll realize that people are least interested in experiencing the beauty of that place but capturing #photographs. People see those places only through the lense. Imagine the sickness, Rapist rapes and makes video of his crime. For him, his crying victim is a content. People die and TV reporters are interested in showing crying family, because if they are not crying it does not fit in the definition of content. Road accidents, Rains, fire whatever bad happens around us, we see everything as a possibility to produce Viral content. We all are hungry for fame. Fame for 15 minutes. Current world is an interesting place to live it gives an opportunity for all to become famous, but fame now is only for a extremely limited period. How many of you have seen "Lemon" video on Twitter Or "Hello Friend kaise ho, chai pi lo" Woman. Sense is not a requirement of good content. Anupam S Shlok #Anupamism

    #AakashChopra played 10 Tests matches scored 437 runs, Average of 23 & highest Score of 60. Today while commentary he explains to us, "What is wrong with #RohitSharma's Footwork", someone who has scored 3 Double centuries in ODIs A below average guy, with the grace of Number of years of experience and solid references for getting that position, tells University topper while Interview, "Your fundamentals of engineering are not very strong, you have to work hard on it" just because he has not come across some Industry Terminologies yet. I have read countless posts of #Freshers abusing HR that they don't consider them. Guys believe me HR does not take a call on whom to hire, functional heads do. In general, HR is interested in closing the positions. Eventually, they are responsible for operational productivity, not HR, and if they think 'someone Known' to them will be more Productive rather a walk-in candidate, the post goes to "Reference' candidate. P.S. - Never join a college for the sake of the degree, rather placement records should be the primary influencing factor while choosing a college.
