If I were a hot girl...๐Ÿ™„(30/Jul/2019)

I had a rare altercation with my Girl Friend #Celina (Name changed) and the way it happens, we were trying to hurt each other by saying the worst things possible, obviously to patch up later.๐Ÿ˜

In all this, out of nowhere, I said, do you know I have 12,000 #connections on LinkedIn, you have to take next birth to get those many.๐Ÿ˜Ž

Oh, that naughty smile I always loved, she did that, said "Anupam ji dekhiyega", opened her account on my phone. She had 237 new requests and 13500+ connections. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

****, I was dumbstruck, I am on "1 article a day" mode for the last 3 years, always engaged and her only activity in last one year was liking one of the posts of her EX- boyfriend. ๐Ÿค

Her only USP was her smiling picture in a business suit and that difference proved too much to be filled by my moderate writing skills.

Dear Shiva, Allah, Jesus or whoever is the truth, if reincarnation is a possibility, swear on me that in my next birth you'll make me a really really hot girl. We average looking, non-gym going boys ain't really achieving what we deserve. You know this right. Those 'influencers" who steal my content have 40000 +.

Please consider, haan.

Do we need Motivation lessons from others?(22-July-2019)

Incredible India - History of Modern #Saree (25-July-2019)

Oh, we all love Saree, don't we? And 'we' are wearing this cloth here in sub-continent for at least 5000 years.

I have used the word 'we'', which means both genders, Male & female. Yes, our ancestors were wearing it all these centuries without any discrimination. Saree is for female and coat pant is for male was taught to us by Britishers especially after they imposed section 377.

British women were supposed to be fully covered, Head to toe. This rule, of course, had to be extended to the Indians who would drape the single piece of cloth called the Sari without any undergarments. Their bare shoulders, stomach, ankles, calves, and necks were blasphemy to the Victorian code of conduct.

We had 'Kenchuki" which was similar to Blouse but do you know a word in any Indian language similar to Petticoat?

The credit for introducing modern Nivi(Naveen) Drape goes to Jnanadanandini Tagore in 1860, wife of Satyendranath Tagore, Sister in law of Rabindra Tagore, who by extensive research and travel made sure to introduce a drape which was following Victorian Morality and Indian Culture. She was a Right-handed woman, so the drape is on the left shoulder.

Additional - I have been an Indian Culture and theater student. Indian Ghunghat morality is simply undigestable to whoever has even a brief understanding of the History of Indian culture.
Lucky to find this thread this early morning, and thought to write about it. Generally, I only post original content but in the last couple of days, have come across two phenomenal subjects(Jagannath puri & Saree ) on Indian Culture and could not stop writing about them just to spread the knowledge to as many people possible.

Here is the original thread.

Dreams are overrated (20-Jul-2019)

23 years ago, I wanted to "Know" true nature of God.

20 years ago, I wanted to become the richest man ever born.

17 years ago, I wanted to sleep with 90% of the women I knew.

15 Years ago, I wanted to play cricket for my country.

10 years ago, I was doing theater and was so close to getting into a Big Banner Bollywood movie.

5 years ago, I was preparing myself to move to Europe forever.

Today, here I am unemployed, hoping for something "Good" to happen.

I swear that I don't feel bad about turning into a Nihilist, not becoming super-rich, having a lot of sex, playing cricket or Acting, I don't regret coming back to India as well.

Dreams are generally overrated. With every phase of life, dreams change & if they are not changing that means you ain't "growing" and not learning from Life.

We are fascinated with success stories without realizing that you don't choose success, success chooses you. And more importantly, how do you define success?

When Shiv Kumar Batalavi was getting married, neighborhood women were singing marriage songs written by Shiv himself. He is still the youngest recipient of the Sahitya Akademi Award. He died in the age of 35 as an utterly frustrated alcoholic. Would you call him successful?

My Dad's Books (18-Jul-2019)

I got my reading habits from my dad, though ideologically I am almost hashtagopposite to him. The last conversation we had, just before he left us in the year 2012, was hashtagethics & place of hashtagCharvaka philosophy in Indian Darshan. He thought charvakas manipulated, corrupted hashtagVedic Literature by adding & deleting original content and I felt they were a group of unorganized hashtagrational people who were least interested in attracting others to the group, they utmost gave alternate hashtaginterpretation, not manipulation. Nevertheless, today I 'repaired' his collection of hashtagSanskrit books. These are 50-100-year-old books, some of them belongs to my grandfather. I could literally see him on the side notes he has written all over the books. Wow, these books. Ain't we the last hashtaggeneration to love these chronically arranged papers? What say? Did we over-expect from #TeamIndia ? (15/July/2019)

#CricketWorldCup2019

Consider these

1) England Fast-tracked #JofraArcher, India fast-tracked #VijayShankar.

2) Both of India's number 4 selection, X factor #Pant & 3D #Shankar has not scored a single 50 in ODI career yet.

3) Just before the world cup, India lost ODI & T20 Series to Australia in India (No Smith, No Warner)

4) Recently in the Asia Cup, India tied with Afghanistan & almost lost to Hongkong.

5) Pandya & Pant are a future possibility but they have to walk a long way.

6) Jadhav & DK, I am not sure can hit boundaries when boundary rope is 80 meter+ (Ipl boundaries are 60 mtrs)

7) #AmbatiRaydu , #ShreyasAiyer#Raina performed decently whenever given opportunities, overlooking them cost us.

8) #BUMRAH is WOW,but Bhuvi has lost his deadly swinging abilities for 5 Km of extra pace. Shami does not create pressure, he takes wickets when batsman are already in pressure.

9) KKR did not select Kuldeep for IPL playing XI's & we expected him to do wonders in #WorldCup.

10) Almost all the wrist spinners were ineffective, so was Chahal.

11) #Kohli looks a decent captain because of phenomenal top 3 we have, but often he does selection blunders.

12) Dhoni is out of form since 2014. He is continuously misreading his own game.

Agree?
