Moral entrepreneurship (10-July-2018)

I met this young ambitious CEO, ready to sacrifice anything.. anything means anything. His 24 hours of a day, All of his money, all of his Father's money, Father in law's money, Environment, Law, Morals everything. When you create #facebook, you are not supposed to sell the data of those people who trust you and use Facebook. Being ambitious is not a bad thing, but for your ambitions, you can't sacrifice others. Other means your investors, employees, friends, family plus all the others who are directly or indirectly connected to your ambitions, service or Product. These stakeholders are attached to you, finance you, or give you moral support in your lows but you don't have any right to break that trust. You have all the right to do whatever you want to do with what is directly yours but not what you have earned through building trust. When you are using the resources of others, i.e, Money, Time, emotional involvement etc. what it requires is extra cautiousness, one more thought before deciding on the utilization of those resources. This is about "Moral entrepreneurship", morality in #entrepreneurship. When someone trusts your ambitions, they deserve good returns, returns for trusting someone else's ambitions.
