The King & the Sage (7-5-2019)

The thick forest was becoming threatening for the , who was known as the bravest in 2000 miles. He was on the hunt of a beautiful deer & got separated from his people. Now alone, thirsty for hours, he was afraid of death something he never got afraid in Warfield. The pride attached with death removes the pain attached to death in war. When he knew that he will die today, he saw a sage coming. Sage asked, "Do you want water"? King nodded in yes. Sage smiled and told him "I have hardly a glass of water, which is dirty, muddy & I'll only give this if you are ready to give me half of your empire." King agreed, drank that dirty water and moved ahead in hope. But within half an hour he got seriously ill. He fell down from horse & started waiting for his last breath. Surprisingly, the same sadhu came to him & offered a medicine but only if he agrees to give him remaining half empire. King Agreed. The story does not end here, but.. Think, for how many things you'll sacrifice every single penny you have earned till now? Life itself, relationships, love, Nation, etc. What is more important in Life? Smile of your kid or pleasures bought by money. What about the blessing of your parents? Do you value the air you inhale? Anupam S. Shlok

Fuck Morality (3/5/2019)

"Unke ghar ki Jeans nahi pahanti hain" Heard it somewhere? Movie , the Year 2006, is still a mainstream Hero, still charming. If we trust the cinematic statement "Films are the of ", wearing was an activity just a decade back. Did any protest against this film in 2006? NO means it was not a radically conservative statement. We actually loved for all that, did not we? What if I say this today? All my struggle filled thoughtful life, I could never solve the mystery of . Why Morality changes with Money, Gender or power? Why a woman (I won't name her) on LinkedIn, every day writes only about , Orgasm & Art of seduction and people are OK with it rather appreciating her for Bravado? And whenever I tried writing about those subjects I was abused. My elopement with the woman I have loved since forever is Immoral & " are Ok but Mummy ki marzi se" is Moral. Why should anyone else decide our Morality if our acts are within the framework of of the Land? Story of a B&W TV (2/05/2019)

In the early 90s, we had a & TV and we were crazy for those two colors. Do you remember that program ? Though all the other colors from Rangoli were missing, still we loved it. One day my elder brother Dheeraj,'impatiently' told me this "Aa apne TV ko color TV banate hain". Within seconds he opened that TV like an experienced engineer, that was the last time I had seen that TV working. I don't know if he had planned it that way but in a couple of days we had a new Color TV. When we started solidifying our feet on this planet, this world was a perfect world, it had space for all the species, food for everyone. And then we decided to 'perfect' it, make it colorful. We threw all the animals out of jungles and Concretized it. What you do when you see a snake in 'your' society? Do you realize that the same place used to be snakes home before Humans invaded his home? Did you ask them, if they were ready to move? I hate those fools who say I want to change this world. For god sake, This planet does not need your technology or any change guided by you. By all these technological advancements, in the name of transforming it, you have already killed this . Selfish Linkedin girl 😂 (1st May 2019)

I received a message with Subject line "HI " from a recently added unknown connection. "Hey, awesome picture. I have been following you for some time. Are you an HR? , please visit my profile & suggest job opportunities. Share your email ID as well" Message sender must be in her late 20s, who looked pretty attractive in her office attire. I looked at the message in awe for 5 minutes, spent the next 5 minutes on her profile, obviously after turning my laptop, making sure my wife does not see it. Her choice of words was pushing me to reply immediately. I thought all the crap, especially revealing or not that I recently got married. I finally replied this, "Hey, thanks for great words of appreciation. You work in completely different industry & unfortunately, I am almost "Unemployed" so practically would not be able to help you currently, still my email is anupamism@gmail.com. Let's get connected over the phone, what is your phone number? She replied back with an alone "OK" within seconds. An hour later I messaged her reminding to giver her phone number. "I don't give my number to strangers" was the last reply before she blocked me. Interestingly, my phone was with my wife & Linkedin account is configured in it. Anupam S. Shlok

And God Smiled (1/5/2019)

As a daily routine, the moment he came back from school, I asked my 3 and half-year-old nephew Atharv this question, "What did you do in school?"

As always, he rudely replied, "Chachu, I had my lunch in school".

I smiled.

Somehow, because he is hardly interested in eating, he believes that he goes to school to have proper food.

Yesterday night, this blue colored God in yellow colored clothes came into my dream and asked, "So, what did you do in life?"

I happily replied, "I earned a hell lot of money, bought an expensive car, a duplex flat and looking for early retirement".

This time, God smiled.

मटमैली छतरी (30/4/2019)

ये जो नीली जीन की नेकर में बच्चा है अक्षय, ये दाएं में धारी नेकर वाले हृतिक का भाई है। दोनों मेरे घर के पीछे नजूल कॉलोनी है जगतपुरा, वहां अपनी मां के साथ रहते है। इनका बाप पिछले साल दारू के नशे में ट्रेन के नीचे आके कट के मर गया। साथ वाला जिसके हाथ में छोटी बच्ची है, वसीम है। कुछ महीने पहले इनका बाप, इनकी मां और चार और भाई बहनों को छोड़ 16 साल की एक लड़की के साथ भाग गया। मेरे घर से सटे पार्क में जगतपुरा के बच्चों के साथ मैं क्रिकेट या पिड्डू गर्म खेलता हूँ इसलिए हर छोटे बच्चे के बड़े संघर्षो की कहानी पता चलती है। वसीम बारिश में भीगते हुए जा रहा था जब अक्षय ने पीछे से आवाज़ देके उसे छतरी में आने का न्योता दे दिया। सच ही है, जिसके पास कुछ नहीं होता वो औरों के साथ सब कुछ बांटने में एक बार नही हिचकता। मैं घर की खिड़की से बरसती पानी की बूंदों की तस्वीर निकाल रहा था, जब इस क्षण ने मुझे मज़बूर कर दिया तस्वीर लेने के लिए। टूटी छतरी की छावं ने न धर्म पूछा न बारिश की बूंदों ने बरसने से पहले अमीरों का पता। सोचता हूँ इस तस्वीर का एक नाम रखूं! मटमैली छतरी कैसा है? 1) has no correlation with the designation. 2) "Others must agree to your point" is not an objective of any . 3) Bigger company employee = bigger sense; smaller company employee = smaller sense; this is , not logic. 4) Whatever is for women, cannot be for men. 5) Everyone is busy writing their own life story, don't abuse them when they don't help you in writing your life story. 6) It's perfectly ok to write in your own language if is not your mother tongue.
